Matthieu, raised in Autrans, will guide you over the beautiful trails of the Vercors. He can show you around by foot, snowshoes or by alpine- and cross-country skiing. In this magnificent playground he will share with you his passion for the mountains and the local heritage.
Biathlon
Altitude Biathlon is based at the heart of Vercors. It involves either cross-country skiing or running/walking (depending on your preference) and shooting air-rifles. The sessions include various games for cardio workout, gentle endurance, precision, and above all, fun. Altitude Biathlon is a team activity, encouraging light-hearted competition between teams and cooperation within them.
Our activity is suitable for anyone from eight years old, so why not bring your family or friends and have some fun together!

Pottery
La Poterie d’Autrans offers you pottery lessons. The aim of the workshop is to propose a wide range of techniques allowing you to discover all the richness of the ceramic art.
The workshop is in a spacious and pleasant building, it can accommodate groups of 8 to 10 people, adults and children. Groups are made up of people of all levels. Everyone is individually guided and advised in their personal work.
Yoga
The Yogi Jio association offers kundalini yoga classes, a technique that allows each person to go deep inside themselves, to find the resources necessary for growth and deep healing that comes from within. In addition, the association organises private classes, courses for the elderly or people with reduced mobility, singing lessons and individual care sessions: energy treatments and Tui Na! massages.
